Solution
A hybrid AI system of fine-tuned LLM, vision, and OCR automatically splits submitted PDFs into individual invoices, classifies the documents, extracts data into a standardised format, and proposes a booking based on context and historical data.
Impact
Over 95% of documents are processed autonomously. That means an 80% time saving.
