Who we are

Askantis was founded in 2023 by three ETH Zurich alumni. Our team consists of mathematicians, physicists, data scientists, software engineers and machine learning experts.

Mikel Prandini

Managing Director

Mikel sharpened his skills across a variety of fast‑moving startups, learned to build products from scratch, and expanded his infrastructure expertise as a DevOps Engineer at Swisscom. He brings deep knowledge of full‑stack development, automation and applied AI to Askantis.

Oliver Knapp

Member of the Board

Oliver earned an MSc in Physics from ETH Zurich and worked as a Software Engineer and Technology Consultant before co‑founding Askantis. He is now developing Clicks, a Y Combinator‑backed AI back‑office worker adopted by top recruiting firms to automate operations.

Felix Shur

Member of the Board

Felix holds a MSc in Mathematics from ETH Zurich and is currently pursuing his PhD in causal inference and machine learning. He was awarded the ETH Medal for his pioneering research on meta reinforcement learning, establishing him as a leading pioneer in causal AI.

Business Development Lead

Coline holds a PhD in physical chemistry, advanced training in data science, and over ten years of experience in product development, sales and strategic leadership within high‑tech industries. At Askantis she drives growth by forging partnerships and scaling new opportunities.

Senior Software Architect

Stefan Smiljanic has delivered robust solutions at Swisscom Broadcast and led automation projects as a DevOps Engineer. He works full‑time at truvami while consulting for Askantis, providing expertise in full‑stack development, cloud architecture and scalable automation.
